📢 CIPEL is issuing two calls for proposals as part of the creation of the Lake Geneva Observatory

To enhance the use and accessibility of environmental data related to Lake Geneva, CIPEL is launching a new phase of its Lake Geneva Observatory project and issuing a call for proposals to support it in this effort.

Two complementary markets are open:

• Development ofa data management and visualization system to store, organize, analyze, and disseminatethe scientific resources of CIPEL and its partners in a secure, interoperable, and scalable environment.
• Design and development of a web interface intended to make scientific data accessible to a broad audience through a modern and intuitive interface.

📅 Deadline for submitting bids: September 25, 2026.

We invite companies with expertise in web platform development, data management, data visualization, and responsible digital practices to submit their applications. Applicants may respond to one or both calls for proposals, depending on their area of expertise.
